Shipping Policy

All orders are processed & shipped as soon as possible, depending on the fastest shipping method available to your location. We typically take 2-5 business days for handling & processing your order until and unless specified otherwise. 

There could be certain situations which are beyond our control such as natural calamity, strikes, pandemic, etc. In such situations order may get delayed if it is in transit. If this is the case, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do everything we can to help you resolve any situation that we have control over.
The tracking details will be updated on our website you can easily track it from there.

In case the there is any additional expenses incurred because of issues at client’s end, then the customer will have to bear those expenses.

Return & Refund Policy

Returns and refunds will be done ONLY when the product is damaged and wrong product delivered. All the products must be returned in the original condition they were received in along with any bills and labels
Wrong/Damage Product

Please drop us an email or WhatsApp within 24 hours of the package you received with unboxing video and your order details and will look into it further. Unboxing video is a must for all kinds of returns and refunds claims.

After examining the unboxing video, we will arrange a return pickup of the item.
Once we receive the package in proper condition, will send the exchange product in 2-3 business days or will generate refund in the original payment method within 2-3 business days. The refunds may take 5-7 working days.
